The information Trident gathers.
Trident does not collect any information on visitors to the Site except for that which a visitor may affirmatively provide to us. For example, if a visitor submits a technical support inquiry, or requests product or sales information, he or she will be asked to provide us with an e-mail address or other necessary contact information so that we may respond to the question or provide the requested information.

How Trident uses the information.

Trident does not keep visitor information, except to the extent that it keeps copies of its responses to visitor inquiries as part of its regular business correspondence files. These responses are maintained and archived like all other Trident business records and correspondence.
