(collectively known as "Trident"), are pleased to

The information Trident gathers.
Trident does not collect any information on visitors to the
Site except for that which a visitor may affirmatively provide

question or provide the requested information.
How Trident uses the information.

visitor submits a question regarding Trident products, Trident

Trident neither seeks nor collects any personally identifiable

Trident provides links to some of its original equipment manufacturers
and other business partners. If you access these links, you
will leave Trident's site and this privacy statement shall
no longer apply. Instead, your visit to the third party site

of use, if any. Trident is not responsible for the policies
on these other sites, nor for any activities, downloads or

Trident has put in place certain physical, electronic and
managerial procedures to protect the information Trident collects
online and to prevent unauthorized access.

Trident does not keep visitor information, except to the extent
that it keeps copies of its responses to visitor inquiries
as part of its regular business correspondence files. These
responses are maintained and archived like all other Trident
